In her political guidelines, the new president of the European Commission puts forward a new plan for sustainable prosperity and competitiveness. While much attention has been given to competitiveness, sustainable prosperity remains to be clearly defined and integrated into EU policies, including the reform of the European semester.
Building on the insights of the report New Metrics for Sustainable Prosperity: Options for GDP+3, this event aims to place people at the center of the debate by ensuring that indicators of sustainable prosperity align with citizen aspirations.
