Una terra per tutti – Earth for All in Italian

The Italian edition of Earth for All: A Survival Guide for Humanity will be available in bookstores as of 25 November 2022.

Published by Edizioni Ambiente, it will be launched on 28 November 2022 as a special Aurelio Peccei Lecture. Aurelio Peccei founded The Club of Rome in 1968, who then went on to commission The Limits to Growth. This was the first report to The Club of Rome and the first book to model our planet’s interconnected systems and make clear that if growth trends in population, industrialisation, resource use and pollution continued unchanged, we would reach and then overshoot the carrying capacity of the Earth at some in the 21st Century.

Earth for All: A Survival Guide for Humanity builds on the legacy of The Limits to Growth and the Planetary Boundaries frameworks and presents five extraordinary turnarounds to achieve prosperity for all within planetary limits in a single generation. It presents the results of new global modeling which has been used to explore the policies likely to deliver the most good for the majority of people, combined with the expertise and input of prominent economists and scientists from around the world.

Sandrine Dixson-Declève, co-president of The Club of Rome and coauthor of Earth for All, will give a special lecture to talk about the significance of the findings and the action we need to take now.
